License & Terms

These terms apply when you buy or download a product from skills1984.com ("skills1984", "we"). By buying, you agree to them.

1. What you get

Each product is a digital download: a folder of text files, and sometimes scripts, that AI agents can load as a "skill". Bundles contain several skills. Delivery happens right after payment, on your private order page.

2. License

When you buy, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the product on any devices and agents you personally use, for personal or commercial work. The license covers one individual. Teams need one license per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You may change the files for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish or redistribute the product or substantial parts of it, modified or not. That includes uploading it to public repositories, marketplaces or shared skill libraries.

3. Outputs

We claim no rights in content that you or your agent create with a skill. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including compliance with the terms of the AI models and services you use, and with the rights of third parties.

4. Third-party components

Some products rely on open-source libraries that you install separately. Those are governed by their own licenses, which are listed in the product files.

5. No professional advice

Legal-workflow skills give structured checklists, not legal advice, and do not create a lawyer–client relationship. Metaphysics skills are for entertainment and self-reflection. Neither replaces a qualified professional.

6. Warranty and liability

Products are provided "as is". AI agents and models vary and change over time, so we cannot guarantee specific results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Refunds

See the refund policy. If an order is refunded, its download link stops working and the license ends.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.
