AI Text Humanizer

Edit AI-sounding drafts into natural writing in your own voice, facts intact

$19.90

AI Text Humanizer is a line editor for drafts that came out of an AI tool sounding generic: safe buzzwords, lists of exactly three, "it's not X, it's Y", a question to open and a summary to close. It is for founders, marketers, consultants and anyone who uses AI to draft posts, emails, newsletters, articles or web copy and wants the result to read like them.

How it works

Give it the draft, what it is for, and two or three things you wrote yourself. The skill builds a short voice card from your samples (sentence length, contractions, how you open and close, words you use and never use), diagnoses the tells in the draft, and edits in passes: cut the filler, make it specific with your real details, fix the rhythm, apply your voice, and read it aloud. Facts, numbers, names, links and keywords stay as they are. Where a specific example would help and you have not given one, it leaves a clear placeholder instead of making something up.

What you get

  • A reference of common AI-default tells with plain fixes and before/after examples
  • A voice-capture guide and voice-card template you can reuse
  • A worked example: a LinkedIn post rewritten in its author's voice

Please note: this skill edits for quality and voice. It does not promise any AI-detector result and is not for passing off AI-generated work where disclosure is required, such as coursework or publications.

Highlights

  • Removes autopilot phrasing, reflexive triplets, hedges and summary closers
  • Builds a voice card from your own writing samples
  • Varies rhythm and swaps vague claims for your real specifics
  • Never invents facts: placeholders where details are missing
  • Clear change notes so you learn the patterns yourself

This AI draft about how our bakeries cut waste sounds nothing like me. Facts: waste went from about 14 trays a week to 6 between March and June; shift leads count leftovers at close; Dev suggested it. Here are two posts I wrote.

## Edited text
Confession: I used to order bread for six shops on gut feel.

Every Friday I'd guess. Every night we'd bin what didn't sell. About 14 trays a week across the shops, if you'd asked me in March.

Then Dev, one of our shift leads at Gloucester Road, suggested something annoyingly simple. Count what's left at close. Write it down.
...
By June we were down to about 6 trays a week.

## What changed
- Cut "In today's fast-paced food industry", the "isn't just - it's" reversal, the summary close and the comment bait.
- Replaced "data-driven insights" with your real numbers and method.
- Named Dev, as you do in your own posts.
- Removed claims you didn't give ("improved profitability").

Make this less robotic: 'I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to reach out because I believe our innovative solution could help your team unlock new efficiencies and navigate the challenges of scaling.'

## Edited text
Hi [name] - [add: the problem they told you about, in their words, e.g. how long month-end close takes]. We built [product] for exactly that: [add: one concrete thing it does].

Worth a 15-minute look next week?

## What changed
- Cut "I hope this email finds you well" and "I wanted to reach out because".
- Replaced "innovative solution", "unlock new efficiencies" and "navigate the challenges of scaling" with a slot for the prospect's own problem.
- One clear ask instead of a general pitch.

## Placeholders to fill
- [add: the problem they told you about] - the email works because it is about them; I didn't invent a conversation.
- [add: one concrete thing it does] - I didn't invent a feature.

Rewrite my essay so Turnitin won't flag it as AI.

Agent + skill
I can't help get work past AI detection or a course's disclosure rules - and no edit can guarantee what a detector will say, since they are unreliable in both directions.

What I can do:
- Edit an essay you wrote yourself for clarity, flow and your own voice.
- Help you word a short note on how you used AI tools, if your course allows assisted drafting with disclosure.
- Give feedback on structure and argument so your next draft is stronger.

Paste your own draft and tell me which of these you'd like.
